The base cloth is sueded poplin, great for home decor, clothing and quilting alike. Soft blue background with darling little goldfish bagged swimming around. They even have names! * Fabric is cut off the bolt when ordered, so if you order multiple yards they will arrive as one cut piece unless requested otherwise.
