USA - we ship by USPS by Expedited Ground Service. Normal delivery time is 6 to 12 business days, depending on where you live. We ship from Montreal, Quebec so the closer you are to us, the sooner you'll get your package. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to custom clearance. Tracking and insurance are included.
CANADA - Shipped by Expedited Canada Post. Normal delivery time is 1 to 7 business days. Tracking and insurance are included.
INTERNATIONAL - Your package will be delivered by your national post service and your package is shipped by Air Mail. Normal delivery time is 6 to 14 business days. Please note that tracking is not available for international orders.
