Hint: I love to use these in the centers of stitched sequin flowers! Plus they look great stitched around a vintage cabochon.
Originally manufactured for the garment industry, these vintage beads are faceted on top and flat on the backs, with a single hole running parallel to the backs, for easy stitching. Folks also use these in wire jewelry, stringing and off-loom beadwork projects.
