This lovely set of vintage (1968) books are all about various modes of transportation. They include trains, aircraft, ships, and automobiles. This set, which includes the original white box as well as original dust jackets(turquoise, yellow, orange, green), was put out by Enjay Chemical Company (now known as Exxon Chemical Company). The idea and design of the books are by Tre Tryckare, Cagner & Co., Gothenburg, Sweden. The books were publised by Time-Life Books. Each page of the books show beautiful color illustrations of the vehicles as well as a detailed history. These books would look great on a little boy's bookshelf or used as an artist's inspiration when painting or drawing transportation pieces. Any collector would be lucky to have them in their stash.
