What's a flower frog, you ask? These were very common years ago, used to arrange cut flower stems in a vase. More modern interpretations include pen/pencil/paintbrush holders, or as a base for a creative photo display with clips.
This frog has a gorgeous pink colour and a nice shape and heft. It has nine holes, and is marked "Pat'd April 11 1916". Condition is good; the feet are fully intact and there are no visible scratches or large chips to the item. The underside of the frog does show wear, and there are some rough spots around the holes on the bottom.
