Chunky Wooden Shape Puzzle

This sturdy puzzle contains six shapes - Circle, Square, Diamond, Triangle, Oval and Pentagon. Beneath each piece is the name of the shape. The chunky pieces are easy for small hands to grasp.

Puzzle measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Puzzle board is 3/8" thick, and pieces are about 1" thick.

Handmade from birch (puzzle board) and poplar (puzzle pieces), sanded smooth by hand. Wood-burned details. Shapes were painted with certified AP Nontoxic watercolor paints, and puzzle was finished with homemade natural beeswax wood polish.

*While not harmful, some color may rub off if pieces get excessively wet. (We have not experienced this in the toys our children use, but it is possible.) If this is a concern, avoid giving this to a baby/toddler who still heavily chews on toys.*
