Make your cake pictures even more festive with this banner that attaches with velcro right to your high chair!
Smaller than the full size hanging birthday banner/ribbon banner, it measures about 44" long, with sticky back Velcro at either end.
There are two layers of ribbons all the way across the banner, each measuring between 1 and 3 inches across and 4 to 8 inches long. All of the ribbons are double stitched to the bias tape for extra stability. Each ribbon is also pinked on the edge to reduce fraying.
