The wiggle silhouette has gathered material at the hips that almost goes deep enough to function as side pockets. There are ruched panels going down the front of the skirt giving it a mermaid shape. They connect along the bottom of the back of the skirt. There is a kick pleat at the bottom in back.
The skirt was made in England, so it’s technically a US size 12, but would look fine on a size 4 or 6 as well if you don’t want a snug fit.
