This is a sweet vintage 80s black skirt with wide suspenders and fold over top with button detailing in front. It zips up the back for entry and has a full skirt.
Womens size Medium - Large
measures 32.5" at the waistband, hips are open, strap length is approx. 16" from top of skirt to shoulder, length of skirt is 28.5"
