Big Top Mini Top Hat by Deanna Danger Designs

Step up into the spotlight with this circus themed mini top hat! This piece is a 5.5" mini top hat drowned in red glitter. Around it is a black & white striped band, and 2 white roses spill down one side of the brim. Behind the white roses sits a black rose dusted with red glitter which is the base for a gorgeous black ostrich feather to stand up proudly. Three alligator clips attach this firmly to your hair.
