The average diameter is about 18 mm; they are about 5 mm thick at their widest point.

Made on 3/32" mandrils (this is an approximation of the hole size)
Materials:
Italian and American art glass (Moretti/Effetre/Creation is Messy)
All of my beads are carefully annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for durability. They are created by myself (Self Representing Artist #H27), in my home studio on beautiful Vancouver Island on the West Coast of British Columbia.
