Somber Girl with Textile Tintype

A beautiful tintype of a gloomy-looking girl in a simple striped dress, posing with her hands on her lap and a patterned textile hanging behind her.

In good condition with edge/surface wear, tiny white specks on surface, discoloration at bottom edge and slight bends at the tips of two corners.

Approximate size: 3.25 x 2.5 inches.

Circa: late 19th c.
