This is 14 layers of antique french lace and tulle from the late 1800s to the early 1900s all hand sewn on top a 1930s french silk embroidered fabric.
In the middle is a burgundy velvet ribbon with a 1920s rhinestone. It closes with 2 antique mother of pearl buttons.
It measures 7.5" wide and 6" long.
Will fit wrist size 6.5" round to 7-8" round.
My wrist is 6" round and is slightly big.
