Poem printed on paper from 1843 and decoupaged to natural stone from New Hampshire. I print the poem on paper from an 1843 children's magazine and decoupage and seal the text onto the stone.
Poem reads:
she did not speak a word
but broke off a blue iris
and wrote her secret upon the river
Stone measures 2"x 1.5"x 1"
My poems are created using antique books. I cut the text from a book and create a found poem.
