Large, plump, blue mystic quartz briolettes are topped with tendrils of periwinkle tanzanite, blue iolite, pale and medium-toned rondelles of amethyst, and dark grape amethyst teardrop briolettes, all wired on sterling headpins. This lovely confection dangles from a sterling silver earwire.
