It has wonderful intricate carving on the base and check out the amazing claw feet -- each gripping a crystal ball!
The stool has was painted in this great shabby chic cream color when we found it. It has some chipping and wear, that add to the time worn feel. The crystal balls have some minor chips on the bottom edge but don't deter from it's beauty.
The stool seat can be raised or lowered by swiveling it. The seat is large enough that it makes a nice little side table beside a chair or set it bedside with your alarm clock and a small vase of flowers. Completely charming and glorious!
