We are Superfine Bakery (www.superfinebakery.com) in Los Angeles, California and we're proud to bring you our take on the Fleur de Sel caramel. We've elevated it with a generous dose of vanilla seed, then folded in fleur de sel, a French sea salt. We've also sprinkled some on top so you get a great salty hit alongside the buttery sweetness of the caramel. The larger, more delicate structure of sea salt allows it to melt effortlessly on the tongue and is a great contrast for the sugary nature of the whole piece.
Got a beach wedding coming up? Order several hundred caramels unboxed and place them loosely in a large clam shell for a striking visual on a dessert table, or put three in a small shell at each place setting for a sweet favor. Or order them boxed in our clear pillow boxes as guest favors. If you'd like to try before you buy (or just have a need for sweet treat), feel free to order just one box and indulge.

- Our Fleur de Sel Caramels are made fresh to order. We recommend storing them in your refrigerator to keep them fresh. Shelf life: Unrefrigerated, two weeks. Refrigerated, one month. In direct sunlight, about five minutes (but it makes a delicious goo ;).
- Temperatures above 75*F can adversely affect the caramels. If you have concerns about shipping time or weather affecting the caramels, you can upgrade your shipping. Please read our Shop Policies thoroughly and email us with any requests or questions.
- These caramels are made in a facility that also processes nuts, soy, wheat, and fruit known to be allergens to a few consumers. Please purchase and gift responsibly.
- Shipping to Continental US only. If you are in Los Angeles, you can pick up your caramels. We ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to keep shipping fast and the caramels fresh. Shipments usually arrive within 2-3 days.
