Made in USA by Anne Klein. There are 5 different holes.
Overall lovely condition. There are 2 missing studs, right by the holes. This is a good spot for them to be missing, as the buckle will cover this spot when the belt is being worn.
The leather is a bit damaged from the spoke of the buckle. Again, not a big deal when the belt is being worn. There is moderate edge wear, also near the holes and caused by the buckle rubbing with normal wear.
Nice quality leather.
