Rangpur lime, despite the name, is actually not a lime at all, but a cross between mandarin and lemon. It makes an amazing, exotically delicious marmalade that you simply must try to believe.
(Note, this Rangpur Lime is not the same as the Yellow Rangpur (Kusae) marmalade from last year's batch. The names are similar but the fruits are very different. Yellow Rangpur is more like a lime, while Rangpur is more like a sour orange. Confusing enough?)
