Collars are in nicer shabby chic condition with wear consistent with age. They have about a 15" tall opening or about 30" around, collars drops 22 1/2" measured from middle top to bottom of tassel & varies from 1 3/4" - 4" wide not including the 1 3/4" fringe. There are 1 1/2", 3 link metal chain stitched at the bottom to ea side. The collars are probably silk lined with peach colored polished cotton.
The maker's tags have a design patent dated April 16th 01, (1901) from The M.C. Lilley & Co., Columbus, Ohio. They produced regalia & swords under this name from 1882 to 1925.
This would be fun worn for performance or put on display with your fraternal order collectibles!
