The clock is made to run for 30 hours after winding with a key, which is included (along with the original envelope it came in). The clock may have been overwound--it doesn't currently work.
This clock also comes with the original box, including an inserted portion that has the printed guarantee. The outside of the box has a picture of the factory on one side; on the other side are the words "Lux Pendulette Clock, The perfect individually styled wall pendulum clock...plaque made of synthetic pressed wood...a guaranteed time keeper." The end has a label with No. 326, Animated Pendulette Clock.
The clock is in very good condition. The bird and pendulum move freely. There are no chips or cracks in the Syroco and little apparent loss of color. The box is faded and tattered, and one end is missing on the top of the box.
