This amazing copper tone pin has the words COELUM AD PROELIUM ELIGE (I select the weather for battle.) in black enamel around the lower edge. The back ground of the pin is half blue (a tad scratched) and half black enamel. A fleur de lis graces the top of the pin, and a weather anemometer is positioned in white enamel under it. On the back of the pin are the words N.S. Meyer Inc. New York. Very cool pin! About 1 1/4" tall and wide.
