The dress is made with soft stretchy material and has two pleats in the back for a nice drape.
The red top part of the dress does not have much stretch, so please check the measurements below. This top part can either rest above the bust or over your bust, depending on what style you like and the size of your bust.
Size Small, will also fit some smaller Mediums. About a US 4.
When flat this dress measures:
15" Across the red band (upper bust or bust)
15.5" Across bust (teal material, also stretches to a flat measurement of 16.75")
39.5" Length from shoulder to hem
21.5" Width across hem
(For reference: Model is usually a US 6, size Medium, about 35" bust, 29" waist, 38" hip, height 5'8")
