Starting with several yards of fabric, we first wash it to soften the fibers. Then it is measured and cut into rectangles which are passed to Brian for printing. Once he has printed the design and heat cured each piece to withstand wear, the fabric is passed back to Lynnea. She properly hems it and includes a hang tag strip in one corner for easy hanging and drying.
Our inks are water-based, which means they permanently dye the fabric and become softer with each wash. They can be washed and ironed, although we recommend only washing in cold water and line drying to retain fabric and ink color for a longer time.
