It is utilitarian cotton, but has a vintage look. You will be able to wear it under your dresses daily to nip your waist in, or wear with some great knickers in a Pin-up Photoshoot. It can be handwashed in the sink or shower with your dainties and stockings and hung to dry.

I can easily get 34B & C, 36B & 36C, but am also working hard to get other sizes, especially hard to fit, like DD and up. Currently, I can get 34DD and 36DD. Just ask!
This is not an old bra, but a new contemporary style with bullet bust and all over coverage that is still available from a major bra company. I have top-stitched it in gray to match this Waist Cincher.

I have been making corsets for 9 years. All of my corsets are made with real corset materials and hardware: All steel boning, a busc at center front, cotton coutil as the interior fabric and proper 2- piece grommets up the back for lacing.
This particular Waist Cincher has 2 layers of black cotton coutil.
THIS CORSET HAS WONDERFUL ADDITIONS:
~black garters that are removeable
~flexible spiral steel boning in the seams and straight steel boning at center front and center back.
(Don’t be fooled- Curved seams MUST have spiral bones or the seams will twist and torque. A spiral bone is as strong as the fabric you construct a corset with, and I only construct with Coutil. Many corset companies use Twill or heavy Satin.)
~the matching Killer Black Pointy Bra.
All you need is killer Cuban heel stockings and appropriate knickers (or not! : )
You can remove the garters and wear this over a full skirt or pedal pushers…. Even your favorite Levis.
The front is 10 inches long, and it's cut slightly higher over the hips so it blends smoothly rather than cut into your hips. This Underbust corset does wonders for your waist and you can treat it as a true foundation garment. This shape and pattern was created exclusively by me and time-tested on many wonderful bodies... you will be very happy with how much this corset nips your waist in, yet feels oh-so comfortable.

Subtract 2 inches from your UNDERBUST
4 inches from your WAIST
2 inches from your UPPER HIP
Use these new numbers to pick your size AND write to me so I can advise and help you pick the best size. Corsets are meant to fit close to the body, and like bras and jeans, sometimes you just don’t fit into the cookie cutter sizing. I will advise you honestly and not sell you a corset that doesn’t fit. I can discuss a custom fitting a different price and we’ll use the Custom Work setting here on Etsy.
