We are proud to now offer our official Minnie Mouse Tutu !! Our handmade tutu, created with red tulle and white felt polka dots with black satin waistband. Listing is for one tutu size 12 months-5t and one set of handmade Minnie Ears with detachable red polka dot bow. Our bows are all heat sealed and will be attached to partially lined alligator clip, which allows it to become detachable. If you would like a different color combo, we can do that too!
