Pretty powder blue A line skirt by Summit of Boston. This skirt sits high on your natural waist. It closes with two waistband buttons and a front zipper. The skirt itself is full and the waistband has space for a lovely thin belt. The only flaw is a small pen dot of black ink near the zipper.
