Fleece hood and padded cape stay securely fastened under the chin with soft tie straps and velcro straps at the chest. NO elastic to pinch or pull fur.
Antennae are wired to stay up or position them however you'd like.
Body piece measures 12" in diameter and chest strap will fit up to an 18" girth. This will fit A LOT of sizes but ask if you are unsure.
