Well, as Mrs. Bennet would say, "We have some sweet little glasses here!" The set of four are shown here photographed in my vintage living room, with chilled burgundy wine in them.
This is a set of four very nice vintage wine or sherry (or cordial, if you like) glasses that are not only nice for sipping wine from, but also pretty for display! These glasses were absolutely filthy when I found them, and they have been triple cleaned and soaked (nope, won't tell you my secret for how I got them to shine so!) but the end result has been very much worth it. These are not very high end glasses (Mr. Darcy might have sipped from them while visiting poorer relations, or the Bennet Family) and in fact do have some factory bubbles and little hitches here and there. BUT--no fleabites, no cracks, no chips, no discoloration. And they are nice and CLEAN :)
The glasses are clear glass with cross-hatch etching, stand approximately 4-1/2" tall (actually a bit over) and measure just under 2-3/4" from rim to rim.
These glasses will be carefully packed in tissue, and then bubble wrap for shipping.
Shipping is $9.00 PARCEL POST INSURED. Parcel Post is slower, but allows me a larger box to adequately pack your glasses, while not costing you an arm and a leg.
