The fitted cut and defined waist is quite flattering. Thick straps and a rounded neckline kick up the elegance factor, while gentle darts flatter above and below the waist. Plus it has POCKETS! Sweet, tiny front pockets hide in the front pleats.
This dress has no tags, but the material feels like polyester with a silk dupioni texture. There are thin belt loops (thread), but the dress does not come with a belt.

bust - 18 inches at widest (36" doubled)
hips - just below 20 inches at widest (so about 39-40" doubled)
length from waist to hem - 24 inches
