This bracelet has been coated in a sealer for shine and to make it water resistant. However, it is made with paper so I wouldn't suggest showering or swimming with it on. The inside of this bracelet measures 2 1/2" and fits med sized wrists. The bangle is 3/8" wide and is a great size for stacking as shown in the last image. Please note that due to the recycled nature of this product each bracelet is a unique work of art and colors/design of each piece will vary slightly.
