This garland would be so cute in a nursery or playroom, hung at a party, or just in your kitchen or breakfast area for a bit of spunky cheer!

Scallops are made of sky blue and kraft colored cardstock with a sprinkling of some in vintage red and white starred wrapping paper.

The garland is strung on a 10' length of paper twine and multiple lengths can be ordered (just contact me when you order)
