After watching the movie "Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010)" and having so many clouds on my hand. A thought struck me to produce another unique meteorology creation initially inspired by my love for rainy days. A lighting cloud necklace!
A great conversation starter, unique, elegant and simply gorgeous. Would make a lovely gift for a meteorologist, lovers of rainy days, graduation and everyday whims.
These adorable cloud(s) are dimensional, a matte silver, anti-tarnish and plated over brass, a golden raw brass lightning bolt dangles behind the cloud, adding movement.
suspended on a 16" rodium anti-tarnish silver chain,
each cloud measures: 0.7 inches (12mm) in width.
I had initially wanted to bond the bolt to the cloud, but then I continued to develop the design and felt it would be more whimsical and fun to add movement to the lightning cloud if it could "strike" (swing) in different directions just like a real lightning bolt.
I am happy to make your necklace shorter or longer (up to 19 inches (48.2cm) at no extra charge), simply specify your desired length in the "note to seller" box during checkout.
Please note if length is not specified, you will receive a necklace that is by default 16" (40.6 cm) in chain length.
If you prefer a gold cloud, a gold plated chain or prefer to have the lightning bolt secured, please let me know your alteration preference during checkout too!
