Yummy!
I made a miniature cupcake by filling a truffle foil with faux whipped cream. I added a hot pink plastic cherry and rhinestones. The cupcake measures about 1 1/2 inches across by 1 1/2 inches high and hangs from a 20 inch vintage faux pearl chain. Please note that since the chain is vintage, it might not be as shiny as brand new.
