The labels are printed on wide format commercial printers (not homemade) with pigment inks on a unique fabric! It is a colorfast, no fray fabric that we designed, patented and have made exclusively for our company so the labels will not fade under normal washing conditions (DO NOT USE bleach, oxiclean, color boosters or whiteners). The fabric gives the labels a woven look and feel. They are SUPER SOFT, too. Our fabrication technique is patented - do not accept imitations!!
***A note about washability:
If you are going to be washing your labels every day and with hot water and a harsh detergent/whitener, you can expect some fading over time. This is standard with any fabric/garment, let alone a clothing label. They are printed with permanent pigment inks on our specially patented colorfast fabric, but if they are abused, you will see some fading eventually.
You can choose straight or pinked edges and where you will need added stitching room, if any. Standard size is about 1"x2.25", but you can have most any size you choose up to a 2" square. The size can be customized to fit your logo perfectly.
We can also make two types of folded labels for the price of this listing as shown in the last two photos: One would measure 1.25" square when folded - the other .75"x2.25"
**This is a perfect way to include all of your CPSIA info on the back of the label.
