Tall, shapely and very versatile! This shapely chameleon would work equaly well in a Mid-Century Modern, Modern, Hollywood Regency, Paris Apt, even Traditional and Transitional decor. It is painted plaster and heavy, weighing in at 7 lbs. The plug and socket date it back to the fifties or sixties, but my Mid-Century Modern Charcoal Faux Bois Table lamp has no markings from its maker, so its specific history is unknown.

My Charcoal Faux Bois Table Lamp is in excellent vintage condition. It has no chips, cracks, or evidence of past repair. The socket and cord which I used to date this lamp will be replaced with a new three-way socket and the cord of your choice upon purchase.

Re-Wire Information:
~I use brand new, high quality electrical components and lamp parts—never pre-packaged lamp kits!
~For lamps that benefit from the retention of the OUTER SOCKET CASING and hardware, especially if the socket bears the sticker of the original designer or manufacturer, I will salvage the outer socket casing but replace its old electrical components with brand new components. Let me know if you would like to replace identifying hardware but keep the labelled hardware for your records.
CORD CHOICES:
Standard: Brown, black, old gold (matte, muted), bright gold (clear coating over yellow-gold), silver/clear (clear coating over silver), and ivory (when I can get it!)
!! Please indicate your cord color choice in Message From Buyer when you make your purchase. Otherwise I will convo you to find out your cord choice. The quicker you make your choice, the quicker you get your new lamp!
