The hat sits above the ears. The hat fits head sizes 21in-23in (54cm-59cm). The mannequin's head pictured measures 21in(53cm) around. This hat can be customized for plus size. This time the 3"(cm) brim sits 2"(5cm) above the brow line. Inside the brim is filled with loops 3"(8cm) long 3/4 of the way. It's back to school which means fall is coming. Who would not want to look good in the cold? This is the exception when fabric fancy hats are too thin to wear.

Machine wash warm water and machine dry.
