Set up a table at a school fair, party or picnic and keep 20% of the proceeds.
* Determine how many sample products you need to order to sell at your event.
*Announce your Green Fundraiser to teachers, students and parents before the event.
* Sell your products at the event. In case you sell out, take additional orders on the order forms provided.
Send Little Birds Boutique your additional orders and payment (at 80% of gross sales).
* Little Birds Boutique then sends all products to one address and you coordinate distribution of any additional products following your Green Fundraiser.
* In case not all products are sold, send back unsold products to Little Birds Boutique, and any money due from the deposit is refunded to you.
♥ CARE
Washing instructions: Hand washing and air drying is recommended and will prolong the life of the product but you may machine wash on delicate in cold water and dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. I fill ours with warm, soapy water, rinse, and lay on a dish towel to dry. The bags will air-dry over night and be ready for use again the next morning. You can touch them up with an iron to make them nice and crisp if you find you have the time…. with twins, I certainly don’t!
♥ TURNAROUND TIME
While many items in the Little Birds Boutique shop are ready to ship on our two designated shipping days other items are made to order. All custom work, pinafores, and teepees are now taking 2-3 weeks and regular orders will go out within 5 business days of cleared payment. Most of my sewing is done during nap time or in the evenings, so if it’s been a rough day it may take a bit longer than that. If you need an item by a specific date, please convo me before checking out to make sure that we can get your order out so that it arrives by the date you need. Please be patient, I assure that you will get your package. I am only human. :) And then, once you get it, you'll be sooo happy!
♥ PAYMENT
I accept and prefer Paypal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to buy an item. You can pay with credit card directly from this site. I ask that you please pay for your purchase within 3 days of check out. If I don't hear from you within 3 days I will attempt to contact you. If I do not hear from you within 7 days I will cancel your sale and regretfully have to leave negative feedback. All items will be shipped to Etsy address, NOT the one on file with Paypal because the Etsy address must be manually entered at time of checkout. This is the only way we are protected under Paypals seller policy! If you need it shipped to another address, please let me know immediately as some orders ship the same day. Also, items will not be shipped until payment is received.
♥ SHIPPING
I ship via USPS First Class mail for items up to 13 oz, after that they go via Priority. Either way, Delivery Confirmation is a must with my shipping and is included in the shipping cost that you pay upon checkout. I will do my best to provide you with a tracking number, although sometimes I do get busy. If you haven't been provided with a tracking number and notice your item has been shipped under your purchase menu, please contact me and I will get you one asap! I ship on Mondays and Fridays. Local customers are welcome to forgo shipping costs and pick up their packages. Please contact me for details prior to paying for your purchase.

If this is a gift going directly to the lucky person, I'd be happy to wrap it and add a gift card. I am taking very limited custom requests. WHY? you ask? Because my head is exploding with new items to sew and my cabinets are bustin' at the seams with fabrics to use. My goal is to have a shop that sells items that are READY-TO-SHIP. Right now I would like to focus on stocking my online shop with items that are available for immediate purchase and shipment. I'm an artist, not a seamstress. The joy of sewing diminishes when I fulfill custom requests. Plus, they just aren't as inspiring for me as an artist. However, it never hurts to ask. Just know that I may have to say no in order to maintain my sanity and be fair to my twins, husband and friends. Sometimes it just isn't worth it to haul my kids on a 1 1/2 hour round trip to the fabric store just to purchase the fabric I need for a 7 dollar order. I'm soo sorry.
However, if its a matter of sizing or different fabric selections, please ask. All of my items can be made with just about any fabric you see on my site. So if you don't see an item in a particular fabric just ask:) If you see something you like in my SOLD section that is not listed, just let me know, I may be able to recreate it for you. All custom orders are subject to the availability of fabrics. I typically purchase in small quantities, so my supply of most fabrics is limited. While I will purchase additional or special fabrics upon request, please keep in mind that this will add additional time (up to three weeks) to the creation of your custom order. If my order has a size such as 2T or SMALL in the listing then it is NOT a made to order item. That is the actual size you are purchasing.
