This set is the multi dot in the first photo. The other pictures are for demonstration purposes.
This set works great with double pointed needles or 9 inch or shorter straight needles. I have just reworked these to hold circular needles as well! The position of the snaps holds the needles securely but gives more flexiblity and versatility to the set. The DPN project pictured is being worked on four 5-inch double-pointed needles. The next to the last photo shows the circular needles tips held together in the Stitch Hoodie. This keeps the needles safe, the project from falling off the needles and doesn't stretch the work on the needles. The last photo shows the circular needles stored in the Stitch Hoodie on the round.
To use, slip knitting needles into the Hoodie and snap closed, securing the needles in the Hoodie. The WIP hangs freely and the needle ends are secure in the Stitch Hoodie!
The Hoodies are interlined with a flexible but firm interlining, like my bags.
A simple and effective solution to an annoying problem!
Each Stitch Hoodie in this set will accommodate 2 needle lengths: 4-5, 6-7 and 8-9. Note: For needles with a circumference of size 11 or larger, only 1 needle will fit in these Hoodies. Crochet hooks can also be stored in the Hoodies.
