It is marked a size 2T months and seems to run small- more like a size 18 months though it could work for an even smaller size as well. It is made of 100% nylon so it is stretchy. The inside front has an extra nylon panel and a drawstring.
This piece is new with it's original Kmart tag. It was likely stored away for many years but looks fresh and new!
