*** THE PIRATE TREASURE MAP
Each map is individually handcrafted and custom made by me in my smoke free home on a piece of canvas. The durable canvas is prematurely aged and distressed to give it an authentically old look. A variety of inks are used to create each part of the design. All lettering is done by hand. Candle wax is dripped here and there (since pirates didn't have flashlights of course) creating a one of a kind Pirate Treasure Map. Each map is handcrafted to order so it may vary slightly than the one shown. I will personalize your map for you with your child's name and/or names of friends. We can add names to the un-named islands or change the text that appears in the photos or add additional text...Captain John's Lookout, Pirate Sam's Ridge...the possibilities are endless and I will work with you to get the details together and create your one of a kind treasure map keepsake. The basic layout of the map will not change, just the names of islands and and text can be added or deleted.
Map measures approximately 11" by 15". Suitable for framing if desired.
*** THE PIRATE SHIP CAPTAINS LOG BOOK
A child size spiral notebook is included. I handmade this myself and it has 50 sheets (100 pages) of blank white paper inside. The cover features and old map design. Your child can write in this little journal as they embark on their pirate adventure.
*** THE PIRATE TREASURE CHEST KEY
The old pirate treasure chest key is hung on a suede cord so your child can wear it as a necklace or put it in the pirate treasure loot bag.
*** THE PIRATE TREASURE LOOT
A variety of pretend treasures will be included with this kit similar to what is shown in the images...diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds. Your little pirate can make believe they have collected them or they can be hidden for your child to discover.

A prematurely aged and distressed drawstring pouch is included to carry all of that pirate treasure loot! A pirate skull and crossbones is inked on the bag so there will be no mistaking it's contents!

Pirate bandana adds just that little extra for your child to really get into their make believe pirate adventure.
