The size is approximately 10 inches high by 11 inches across at its widest point. Condition of paint is pretty good, but it is 60 years old so please expect normal vintage wear (and a little dust!). The bride has a chip out of her hair/forehead and they both could use a bit of brown paint touch-up on their heads.
What makes this topper special is the lovely silky satin(?) dress the bride is wearing, and the single piece of piece of vintage millinery she carries (it is just barely hanging on). The dress has some netting sewn to the bottom with a fancy loop stitch.
There is a large chunk missing from the back of the base (see photo). The couple also needs to be re-glued to the base.
Wonderful piece of wedding nostalgia, perfect for your collection or your own vintage nuptials.
