This Listing is for 12 Wizard of Oz themed Cupcake toppers.
Toppers are 2 1/2” high (without pick)the pick has no sharp points.
With the pick its around 5 inch tall
Wizard of Oz are computer images and are printed out on card stock.
Characters are popped up for 3d effect.
You can pick which characters you would like for all the items. In the last picture all the characters I can do are numbered. Feel free to customize your order and choose any of the characters that are your favorites.Please write all details in the Buyers message at Check out!!
