I made these for myself and what you are viewing right now is my own personal pair. These earrings are a labor of love and are made to order because they are very time (and finger) consuming.
Hand formed and forged from 20 gauge sterling silver wire, the hoops measure 1.75" in diameter.
When I made these, I had a photo of barbed wire for reference. I wanted to capture all of the raw and rugged toughness that the real barbed wire has.
Hence, these earrings have barbs. The barbs have been filed and lightly forged to give them a very slight paddle shape, but if you fall asleep while wearing these, you might wake up with some unplanned piercings.
These earrings really do go with everything and do a great job of toughening up a sweet little outfit. Let the world know that there's more to you than meets the eye!
