A vintage, bright teal suitcase has been transformed into a cozy and fashionable pet bed. The custom-made pillow is covered in a durable cotton fabric in a green, blue, and yellow spotted pattern and stuffed with fluffy batting. The pillow is removable and machine washable.
The lid is left intact so you can tuck your pet's toys, leashes and other belongings there. The original silk pockets are also still intact in the bottom, providing more storage space. I have also installed a safety hook in the rear of the suitcase to insure the lid does not fall on your furry friend.
Hanging from a decorative sheer white ribbon is a beautiful turquoise charm bead that your pet will love to attack. Cute egg-shaped craft balls have been painted a matching light green and re-purposed into legs. The bed is fairly low to the ground, so it would be great for smaller or older pets.
