Opal Mosaic Earrings
From stoneaddict
These beauties feature a bevy of opal shapes mosaic-ed onto an oxidized hand-made frame of sterling silver. The frames were constructed and polished, then the insides were oxidized dark to contrast with and bring out the opals. I chose from a collection of shapes and arranged them in a cool composition and epoxied them down for good. Hung on a sterling leverback, the inside area of the earring measures 1x3 centimeters. A good size, but not overpowering. You'll love your new everyday earrings!
