Roast Level: City
Our Ethiopia Sidamo, which is dry-processed to develop a resounding spectrum of flavor, is our most complex offering. Roasting just above a City Roast enhances the hints of dark chocolate and walnut, without taking away from the striking essence of blackberry and the rich tannins one normally associates with red wine.
To enjoy this coffee any time of the day, we recommend making it in a French Press and drinking it black!
