This is a special version of my Hug Me Kitten, a sock kitten with wings! 100% of this adoption ($46.00) will go to Alley Cats and Angels of North Carolina, a wonderful all-volunteer, cat rescue group here that TNR's, Traps/Neuters/Returns, community cats, getting them spayed/neutered/vaccinated, and getting them medical attention when needed. They also adopt out cats and kittens, who are kept in foster homes, where they get love and attention while they wait for their forever homes. I can also print "For + a recipient's name" on the tag, if you would like to give this kitten as a gift. This listing is for one "Alley Cat Angel" with a light blue body, and a red fleece heart, which is sewn on with a blanket stitch, by hand. "Alley Cat Angels" are hand signed on their bottoms below their tails. Please allow one to two business days between your purchase and shipment for me to make your tag.
"Alley Cat Angels" are created from my own original design and pattern. Each "Alley Cat Angel" is hand signed on his or her bottom. “Alley Cat Angels” are handmade by me and are meant to be displayed, loved, played with, and most of all, hugged. Hug one, and you can’t help but feel their joy. Their smiles are pretty contagious too.
They have no loose or removable parts and so they are safe for play. (Their cute hang tags are meant to be untied and put away for safe keeping before giving to small children.) They have hand-embroidered smiles, and their fleece eyes and hearts are hand sewn on with a blanket stitch. They are stuffed with Polyfil polyester stuffing, and the socks they are made from are a blend.
My "Alley Cat Angels" can be gently spot cleaned with warm or cool soapy water, rinsed, and set to air dry.
This “Alley Cat Angel” is approximately 16 inches from the tips of her/his ears to her/his toes, and approximately 11 inches tall when seated.
