I saw a photo of these wonderful french sandwich cookies and was so inspired by the great colors they offer. A real French Macaron is a meringue-based cookie made from a mixture of egg whites, almond flour, and both granulated and confectionery sugar. These French Macaron are made with Creamy Goat's Milk and have a great scent of blueberry delight. This fragrance smells just like fresh baked Blueberry Biscotti drenched in Blueberry Syrup - it's smells sweet and good. I tuck this cute cookie into its own baker box. Finished with bakers twine and a fleur de lis tag.
