"Once there was a little witch named Calypso who loved the delicate beauty of roses and her chamber was always filled with the aroma of blooming flowers. But very soon, those silky beauties withered with the passing of time. Calypso's heart was broken everytime she saw her beloved flowers perish. So, one night along with Luna, her beloved witch cat, she performed a spell that would make her roses live forever. Suddenly, underneath the marbled floor, leaves began to emerge and a crystal black rose slowly started to unfold its majestic beauty. Calypso was enchanted by that magic flower, but she soon realized that its petals were made of cold glass and there was no life within that perfect creation. She decided never to cast that spell again as she realised that what made her roses so perfect and special was that their beauty was real and that their precious gifts to her were meant to fade away"
Calypso's black dress is engraved with roses and has very soft touches of metallic powder for a shimmering effect. Her copper-red hair are adorned with rosebuds and leaves, whereas from her hat hangs a small chain with a crystal bead. The heartshaped base is made of clay that creates the effect of marble and is decorated with rose vines and a translucent black rose bead.

Every single part of the figure has been glued after baking, whereas two coats of varnish were applied for extra protection and everlasting shine.
